What is a shelf?

A shelf is a way to organize your information and make it easier to share with people and agents.

What is a seat?

A seat lets a person or an agent you choose ask about what you’ve shared with them. That could be your spouse, your accountant, your own AI agent, or someone else’s, like your accountant’s. You decide what each seat can see, every question it asks is logged, and you can close it any time.

What happens when Free is full?

Nothing is lost. Everything you have stays yours to read and download. Anything new waits until you upgrade.

What if I stop paying?

You move to Free. Nothing is deleted. You can still read everything, ask about it and download it.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from Settings. The month you have already paid for runs to its end and then does not renew.

Does using ChatGPT or Claude with it cost extra?

No. Connecting your own AI assistant costs nothing extra.
